Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Business Planning Analyst- Sr to join our Corporate Headquarters based in Paris IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning and financial reporting processes with technical analysis skills. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Central/Southern Illinois area.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will review, analyze, and maintain financial data used for business planning and financial reporting processes
Supply accurate and timely financial information to NAL management and shareholders
Recommend, implement, and monitor compliance with all accounting and payroll policies at the Corporate level
Calculate/estimate all wage and fringe rates for Corporate and Plant business planning
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of departmental reports for profit and loss
Assist with the preparation, analysis, and reporting of product costing used for profit analysis for plant business planning
Manage data from a variety of electronic sources, combining and manipulating the data into usable information systems for effective financial management at all locations
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business related discipline, plus 5 years of accounting, financial analysis, budget preparation, or cost accounting experience
Proficiency using Power BI, SQL, or other database programs is preferred
