- Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of a variety of incentive compensation programs related to base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on special projects concerning incentive planning, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Lead incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, calculations, award letter generation, accounting projections, and communication with employees and managers.
- Participate in the development and delivery of communication and training materials related to incentive programs, policies, and processes to ensure clarity and understanding across the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience within incentive administration.
- Partner with leadership to track organizational changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and job scope adjustments to ensure accurate incentive calculations.
- Conduct audits, research, and analysis to maintain compliance with legal regulations and evaluate the market competitiveness of incentive programs.
- Maintain and update Summary Plan Descriptions and distribute them to plan participants as needed.
- Develop and maintain cost modeling estimates and tracking reports for finance, providing insights into incentive plan performance and costs.
- Support compensation-related projects, including market analysis, salary structure development, and data maintenance, to inform strategic decision-making.
