About the Role
Medier Agency is looking for a CRM Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a structured and results-driven Project Manager who knows how to deliver tasks on time and efficiently. If you have experience with CRM systems, that’s a plus—but not a must. The key is having strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Manage CRM-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, design, operations) to implement new CRM features and campaigns.
✔️ Work on project timelines, task prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Monitor and report on project KPIs, timelines, and performance.
✔️ Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve workflows and optimize efficiency.
✔️ Collaborate with tech teams for CRM integrations, automation, and system improvements.
✔️ Keep up with CRM trends to suggest and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven experience in project management – at least 2 years in a similar role.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills.
🔹 Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
🔹 Understanding of CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
🔹 Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or other project management tools is an advantage.
🔹 Fluent in English (spoken and written).
