Automation Engineer (relocation to the Netherlands) in ITALY

We are looking for someone with experience as a PLC/SCADA Engineer within Industrial Automation to join our team. In this position, you will work on beautiful projects in, for example: logistics, food, manufacturing industry, chemistry and pharma. Depending on your knowledge and skills, you will work on unique projects. We automate industry and we get energy from this. We do this through team work and setting clear goals.

But what do you do as a PLC/SCADA engineer?

You work on nice challenging projects within Industrial Automation. You do this together with your colleagues in a team context. You know how to convert customer requirements into the functional technical design. You then design, build and finally implement the software.

Based on the functional design, you configure IT software. But your job is not over yet. After the development process is over, you will also test the SW in a physical test setup. You test the software at the customer's premises and commission it. Together with your team, you ensure a satisfied customer and get the industry moving.

What kind of experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation;
• 5 years' experience within this position;
• You have an affinity with industrial automation;
• Knowledge of modern control systems and production environments;
• Knowledge of Siemens (PCS7), SCADA systems and industrial networks (Profibus/Profinet);
• Command of the Dutch and English languages;
• You are accurate, practical, flexible and a real team player.
• Builds, develops and improves PLC programs, Ifix / Hmi/ WinCC software
• Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 is a pre
• Knowledge and experience in the field of .NET (C#, VB, ASP) / SQL is a pre
