Role Summary

The Founders Associate is a pivotal sales-focused position that works directly with Landhive's founding team to drive revenue growth and expand our investor network. This role serves as the bridge between our innovative investment platform, converting interest into investment while supporting the founders in shaping our go-to-market strategy. As a key early team member, you'll have significant input on our sales processes and investor experience, directly impacting LandHive's growth trajectory.


How This Role Fits Into Our Organization

As Founders Associate, you'll work directly with the CEO while collaborating closely with our product and marketing teams. You'll be the primary voice of our customers within the organization, providing critical feedback that shapes our platform development. This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as an extension of the founding team in client-facing situations. For the right candidate, this position creates a clear pathway to a leadership role as our sales organization expands.


Responsibilities You Will Take Over

  • Partner directly with the founders to drive sales strategy and accelerate revenue growth
  • Lead outbound sales efforts
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead qualification
  • Develop compelling pitch materials and investment proposals for potential clients
  • Represent LandHive at industry events and investment conferences to generate leads
  • Manage investor relations, including regular communication and reporting
  • Implement and optimize sales processes using CRM tools to track conversions
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing on creating targeted content for investor acquisition
  • Research market trends and competitive landscape to refine our sales approach


Skills We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with sophisticated investors
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to clearly explain investment concepts
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Superior written communication in English for creating compelling investment materials
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives
  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving market conditions and customer needs
  • Detail-oriented approach to compliance and documentation requirements


Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Additional certifications in financial advising, blockchain, or real estate are advantageous


Your Experience Matters

  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience working directly within a fast-paced environment
  • Prior involvement in startups or scale-ups is highly valued

  • Additional languages a plus but not required
