We are looking for a Supervisor IT Delivery & Support (m/f/d) for our Passive Safety Division. On this position you will be responsible for delivery of IT services to Czestochowa users with a focus on systems security, prioritizing and resolving key issues that are impacting IT services or infrastructure availability for end users working on-site or remotely. It is a leadership role – several direct reports.
What you can look forward to, as Supervisor IT Delivery & Support:
• Delivery of IT services for on-site and remote users from different reporting units
• Lead, coach and develop supervised employees
• Identify, prioritize and drive resolution of key issues that impact service availability or performance
• Responsible for planning, maintaining and control of local budget
• Partner with global support functions to roll out on-site new solutions
• Identify, develop and implement strategies to improve performance of routine tasks
• Interaction with global IT teams responsible for technical services
• Delegate tasks and supervise realization by external contractors
• Coordinate local IT infrastructure projects
• Responsible for security assurance on back end and client devices
• Support production sites in Production IT Security assurance
Your profile as Supervisor IT Delivery & Support:
• Bachelor’s degree (IT or related)
• Experience on similar position (with a management of departmental budget), preferably in automotive company
• Strong skills in development and implementation of IT infrastructure systems
• Systems knowledge: Windows server, Network Juniper and Cisco
• English and Polish languages
• Customer and IT solution oriented’ way of working
• Good communication, comfortable in a matrix environment, experience in prioritizing and resolving key issues
