SQL Developer in GREATER TUCSON AREA

We are seeking a System Analyst with ERP system interface experience and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. This role focuses on developing, supporting, and optimizing financial reporting systems to improve business processes. You’ll work closely with various teams to identify system enhancements and reporting needs.

Location: Onsite in Marana, AZ (just north of Tucson). Relocation assistance may be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into system solutions.
• Integrate financial systems with HR, work order management, and CRM platforms.
• Support and enhance financial reporting tools.
• Identify and implement process or system improvements.
• Develop PL/SQL stored procedures and database components.
• Troubleshoot application issues and data anomalies.
• Create reports using Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or other technologies.
• Work with senior programmers to optimize system performance.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required:

• 5+ years of programming experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• ERP system interface experience in mid to large-size organizations.
• 3+ years supporting accounting functions, particularly financial reporting.
• Experience developing reports using Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field
