Job Overview:
As we launch WhatTheAI.tech Magazine, we are looking for a Content Manager & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in creating engaging content for the magazine, including blog posts and social media content. You will also work on short-form content like reels and design assets using Canva. In addition, you will manage the workflow between various stakeholders, ensuring content is delivered on time and the magazine runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content for WhatTheAI.tech Magazine.
Short-Form Content: Create and manage short-form video content (reels, clips) to promote our podcast and articles.
Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing content for blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
Project Management: Coordinate tasks between the editorial, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with AI tool founders, interview guests, and other collaborators to arrange podcast appearances and manage deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation (writing, editing, blogging) and a strong portfolio of your work.
Skilled in short-form video creation (e.g., reels, TikToks).
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong project management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in tech or AI-related content is a plus.
