We’re hiring several Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for a fast-growing, Series E-funded SaaS company, backed by top investors, and known for its all-in-one workforce management platform. The company has scaled rapidly, expanding across North America and Europe, and is now building a best-in-class sales team in Dublin.


Outbound-focused SDR role – prospecting and generating pipeline for the sales team. We're looking for German, Dutch, and Hebrew speakers to join the Dublin team. Relocation and sponsorship are available.


What we're looking for

  • 6-9 months of outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up or early-stage company.
  • Languages required: German, Dutch, or Hebrew.
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly driven – thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills – comfortable handling objections and driving conversations.
  • Background in workforce management, HR tech, or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Wanting to advance their sales career.
