Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Network Administration
- Maintain and optimize Google Workspace, VPN, VPS, AWS, Azure, and other key systems.
- Oversee user account creation and removal for onboarding/offboarding.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, and security issues.
- Ensure data backups and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
Security & Compliance
- Manage access controls and security protocols across multiple platforms.
- Proactively monitor and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
- Implement best practices for password management, encryption, and compliance.
- Ensure security compliance for company-wide IT operations.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Develop and implement automation for IT workflows using tools like Zapier.
- Assist in optimizing Slack, Monday.com, and CRM integrations.
- Maintain and enhance Outreach Campaign Infrastructure, including:
- Buying and setting up domains.
- Creating and managing email accounts via sending tools (e.g., Instantly).
- Monitoring email health and deliverability.
Help Desk & Technical Support
- Oversee help desk solutions such as Gorgias, Zendesk, HelpScout, and Richpanel.
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for employees.
- Document IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with HR to streamline IT processes for remote team management.
- Support marketing and sales teams with website updates and content accuracy.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements- Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, VPNs, VPS, and CRMs.
- Background in IT security, access management, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- C2-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Active Wise account required for payments.
