About the Role
As a Senior Golang Developer, you will be part of either the Payments or Trading Department, focusing on the development, optimization, and support of production software solutions. You will play a crucial role in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable systems that capture market value efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, not just a ticket-resolver—someone who takes ownership of challenges, works collaboratively across teams, and delivers well-thought-out, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-load microservices in Golang and Python
- Design and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Build integrations with other teams’ services
- Ensure high-performance data processing using PostgreSQL, Kafka, and ClickHouse
- Work in a Kubernetes-based environment, deploying and scaling services efficiently
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production support
Tech Stack

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Golang
- Solid knowledge of Python (commercial experience is a plus)
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization (EXPLAIN, ANALYZE)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Kafka Connect, ClickHouse, MongoDB
- Familiarity with Temporal workflow orchestration
