We are currently seeking a skilled
Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent!
Responsibilities:
- Development of the company's compensation philosophy
- Development of the grading system
- Alignment of the grading system with the benefits and KPIs systems
- Managing compensation review processes
- Offer approval and coordination with the recruitment team
- Development and implementation of special motivation programs
- Career path creation in collaboration with HRBPs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in C&B
- Ability to manage high volumes of information while ensuring data confidentiality
- Strong responsibility and forecasting capabilities
- Attentive to details
- Experience working in IT companies with 500+ employees
- Advanced Excel skills (macros are a huge advantage)
- English proficiency at least at an intermediate level
- Understanding of HR workflows
- Experience in benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills
