Junior IT Engineer (HR Reporting) Tricity only in POLAND

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ongoing operations and involvement in reporting & analytics projects along the entire employee lifecycle.
• Close collaboration with our HR departments and various project partners to solve complex business problems based on data.
• Implementing new ideas into prototypes and bring them to life using the latest Microsoft technologies in the cloud.
• Further technical development of our innovative analytical products.
• Conception, development and configuration of IT applications based on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform (e.g. MS SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plan).
• Ensure compliance with internal processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related.
• Fluent written and spoken English, German language would be an asset.
• Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python and/or R as well as very good SQL skills.
• Experience in MS Power BI and relevant technologies (e.g. Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)).
• Excellent understanding of numbers, strong analytical skills and precise approach.
• Experience in dealing with data warehouse applications, databases and cloud technologies and ability to create complex analytical pipelines - from preparation to productive applications.
• Very good analytical knowledge (including statistics, machine learning) and practical experience in this area.
• Agile mindset and enjoyment of working independently.
• Understanding of complex issues and ability to develop elegant solutions to challenging problems.
• You live technical innovations and strive to always be up to date on technologies and developments.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details.
• Experience on a similar position is desired.
