Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement and configure IAM solutions based on SailPoint platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to integrate IAM into enterprise environments.
- Improve and automate SailPoint workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
- Strong understanding of access governance, RBAC, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with incident management, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel)
- Solid grasp of IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus).
- Experience with DevSecOps, API security, and CI/CD environments.
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- SailPoint certifications (e.g., Certified IdentityNow Engineer).
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture or NIST frameworks.
- Experience migrating legacy IAM platforms to SailPoint.
