Job Summary

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and identifying key improvements that enhance project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define business goals, objectives, and pain points.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure user-friendly solutions.
• Design process maps, workflows, and information architecture.
• Assist in testing and validating business solutions before deployment.
• Support training and adoption of new processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
• 📊 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• 🛠️ Proficiency in business analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Jira, Tableau, or Power BI).
• 📑 Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
• 💬 Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• 🔄 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
