This is a full-time role focused on researching digital-asset markets, evaluating emerging blockchain sectors, monitoring institutional adoption, and translating complex market developments into clear reports and strategic recommendations.
The successful candidate will analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, tokenized assets, DeFi protocols, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, exchanges, custody providers, payment infrastructure, and blockchain-based financial products.
The role is focused on research, market intelligence, strategic analysis, and internal decision support. It does not require candidates to invest personal funds, trade through personal accounts, independently control client wallets, promote individual tokens, guarantee returns, or provide personal investment advice.
Responsibilities
Research cryptocurrency markets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, exchanges, custody providers, and blockchain infrastructure
Analyze market structure, liquidity, volatility, trading volume, exchange flows, stablecoin activity, protocol metrics, institutional adoption, and sector performance
Monitor developments involving tokenized finance, blockchain payments, digital custody, decentralized finance, cross-border settlement, and financial infrastructure
Prepare market-intelligence reports, sector reviews, competitor assessments, research briefs, executive presentations, and strategic updates
Evaluate blockchain projects and digital-asset businesses based on market demand, product utility, adoption, business model, technology, governance, liquidity, and risk
Track protocol revenue, total value locked, active users, transaction activity, token supply, developer activity, market share, and funding trends
Review whitepapers, tokenomics materials, protocol documentation, product roadmaps, governance proposals, market data, and industry research

Qualifications
Professional experience or strong practical knowledge in cryptocurrency research, digital assets, fintech, market intelligence, investment research, consulting, or capital markets
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, stablecoins, decentralized finance, tokenized assets, and digital financial infrastructure
Ability to analyze market data, liquidity, volatility, trading activity, token supply, protocol metrics, adoption trends, and on-chain indicators
Experience preparing market reports, competitor analyses, research briefs, strategic recommendations, dashboards, or executive presentations
Ability to evaluate blockchain projects from financial, market, product, technical, governance, operational, and risk perspectives
Strong research, writing, communication, organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills
Comfortable managing multiple research projects and monitoring rapidly changing markets in a remote environment
Professional English communication skills
Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from Singapore
