Skills Required
3+ years of experience on a similar role
Strong proficiency in human resource management systems
Experience working with different internal departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Have
Paylocity software experience
What will you do?
Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Provide support to both HR and Accounting teams.
Maintain and update employee records.
Process HR-related documentation and reports.
Assist in coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys).
Communicate with public services when needed.
Track, renew, and maintain records of business licenses.
Coordinate with state and local agencies on licensing matters.
Prepare reports and presentations for HR and finance leadership.
Manage external correspondence related to payroll, compliance, and other HR tasks
