We are actively looking for a new team member to join us as a Senior Presales Engineer in Data & AI.
About Us
You will join the Data & AI department at PT Mastersystem Infotama. We are responsible for conducting POCs and projects related to any data and AI solutions. This includes data analytics, databases, data engineering, data science, GenAI, intelligent systems, machine learning, and more. We primarily work on AWS but sometimes also use other enterprise-grade tools.
Your responsibilities would be
- Collaborating with our account manager teams to appropriately position consulting services to clients
- Mapping client business objectives and use cases to the correct solutions
- Driving functional and technical discovery to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders that deliver desired client outcomes
- Presenting implementation, optimization, and managed services recommendations
- Collaborating with our Principal to ensure successful outcomes
- Growing services revenue for new and existing clients
- Expanding business relationships with new clients, existing clients, and our internal Sales team
- Delivering proofs of concept (POCs) to clients
- Creating technical proposals
We need a candidate with the following criteria
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in consulting companies preferred
- Experience with one or more of the following: data analytics, databases, and machine learning
- Strong experience with one or more of the following: Python, R, and Spark
- AWS or other cloud experience preferred
- Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to independently engage with clients
- Confidence in public speaking and presentation preparation
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
