Job Description

Join a culturally diverse team focusing on the “Business to Business” area in the LEGO Group. You will collaborate with the Product Organization and Software Engineers to deliver phenomenal User-centered B2B experiences.

Core Responsibilities



  • Plan and facilitate research with users and partners
  • Facilitate mapping of as-is and to-be user journeys and service blueprinting with participants from all seniority levels
  • Partner closely with product management and engineering to define and prioritise roadmap items
  • Tell compelling stories that help build empathy with user needs and struggles
  • Create and test prototypes

We are organized into autonomous product teams working agile with end-to-end responsibility for our products, and we work together with other teams that drive the B2B strategy and its execution for the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Background in user experience, research, or service design
  • Demonstrable experience conducting research and applying design principles to real world problems
  • Ability to work in an agile multi-functional team, using design thinking to build empathy for user needs
  • Experience in mapping complex processes and data flows with many levels of user and business partners
  • Ability to build mock-ups and prototypes to visualize and test ideas
  • Confidence and experience in presenting and explaining design work to stakeholders and colleagues
  • Thriving in setting direction and being part of building new products that sets us apart
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or user-testing



Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
