Job Description
As a UI Developer, you will collaborate with backend developers to translate visual designs into interactive and responsive user interfaces for innovative digital assets and CBDC-based products. Your role will be pivotal in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for our users.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a UI Developer you’ll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement user interface components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Optimise UI performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging UI trends and technologies to ensure our digital products remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of quality and best practices.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the role will possess:
- Proven experience as a UI Developer or similar role.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with backend integration, APIs, and version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Initiative, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines.
