Ruby on Rails Developer in MEXICO

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* 8+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails

* Proven experience designing and scaling complex backend architectures

* Strong experience with database optimization, query performance tuning, and distributed

systems

* Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes)

* Experience implementing and enforcing engineering best practices (CI/CD, automated testing,

code reviews)

* Solid understanding of security best practices for web applications

* Experience leading technical discussions

* Proficiency in RSpec and automated testing strategies

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
