Role Overview:

As an Operational Support System Engineer, you will manage and optimize the OSS platform that powers our EV charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, system reliability, and exceptional customer support.


πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:

βœ” Monitor and troubleshoot the OSS platform for optimal performance, uptime, and security.

βœ” Provide real-time technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.

βœ” Analyze system data to identify and resolve technical issues.

βœ” Work closely with field teams, network engineers, and vendors to resolve complex issues.

βœ” Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s industry standards and EV regulations.

βœ” Maintain detailed logs and reports for future reference.


πŸ”Ή Key Qualifications:

βœ” Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

βœ” 1–5 years of experience in OSS management, system support, or technical operations (EV charging experience is a plus). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

βœ” Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

βœ” Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

βœ” Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, shift-based environment.


πŸ”Ή Preferred Qualifications:

βœ” Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

βœ” Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

βœ” Experience with EV charging, IoT systems, and network monitoring tools.

βœ” Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and cloud-based systems.

βœ” Familiarity with Malaysia’s energy sector and sustainability initiatives.
