Are you a dynamic and proactive IT professional with experience in managing operations and security? Aventus LLC is looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT operations, system management, and automation infrastructure. In this key role, you will oversee IT security, optimize processes, and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Team (3 direct reports).
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficient and standardized processes.
• Oversee access and security management for client platforms.
• Manage special projects, including Outreach Campaign Infrastructure (system architecture, setup, and monitoring).
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to support seamless technology integration for our remote team.
• Monitor and manage the IT budget for technology resources and software.
• Implement and optimize AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure IT security and cybersecurity compliance across all company operations.
• Anticipate and prepare for challenges with contingency plans (A, B, and C) to maintain business continuity.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Manage user account creation and removal for onboarding and offboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tech stack access.
• Work with the design team to update websites and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop and optimize automation for sales, marketing, and Slack workflows using tools like Zapier.
• Monitor and secure Google Workspace, addressing vulnerabilities proactively.
• Oversee the company’s tech stack, including AWS, Azure, VPN, VPS, Typeform, HubSpot, Hubstaff, Monday.com, and more.
• Supervise help desk migration and optimization for platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, HelpScout, and Richpanel.
• Create and maintain IT SOPs and training materials.
• Manage Outreach Campaign Infrastructure, including:
• Buying and setting up domains.
• Creating and connecting emails to sending tools (Instantly).
• Monitoring email health and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT team management.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and access management.
• Ability to manage multiple CRMs and tech platforms efficiently.
• Strategic problem-solving and innovation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• English proficiency (C2 level required).
• Active Wise account required for payments.
