Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Casino Products Management, this role will work closely with the Casino Product Owner to understand user stories and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and the development team.
- Design user-centered interfaces for complex products, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, which will inform design improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and feedback throughout the development process.
- Participate in design reviews and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, particularly with complex web applications or enterprise-level products out of which 3+ years experience in the iGaming or FinTech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design solutions for complex products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to staying current with the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the product's interface and user experience
