Requirements:
  • 3+ years in marketing or business analytics;
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of probability theory and statistics;
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests;
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, ROAS);
  • Understanding of mobile and web app attribution;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to spot trends in data;
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing performance and suggest optimizations;
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems for key metrics;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide analytical support;
  • Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
