About CS Systems
We're transforming how customer support works at Kiwi.com. When travellers need help with their bookings, our systems ensure they get the right support. Quick resolution of customer requests is a key part of our Customer Experience. We build internal systems to keep customer support fast, scalable, and at a great level. While complex requests will still need human experts, we are gradually expanding what can be resolved automatically.
What You Will Do
- You will be building communication channels that connect customers to Kiwi.com when they need help, automating common customer issues, and developing an internal system with booking details for our support agents.
- The streamlining of how customers reach Kiwi.com through chat, voice, or email will be driven by your expertise.
- You will extend our LLM-integrated automation platform to handle more types of customer requests while building tools to ensure the quality of generated responses and automated actions.
- You will support our internal CRM that integrates data from around the company, giving support agents a complete view of booking history, communications, and task management.
- Shaping new features becomes part of your journey, where you'll focus on finding practical solutions rather than pursuing perfect code, helping you learn when to invest in more robust architecture.
What You Will Need
- Your strong coding background and backend understanding, as you'll need to apply your solid JavaScript knowledge and your experience with authentication, GraphQL, caching, message queues, and SQL.
- With your commercial experience in building web applications, you'll leverage your expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and your proficiency with automated testing tools like Jest and Cypress.
- Your versatile skill set allows you to build applications across various technologies - drawing from your capabilities with React frontends to your experience with low-code platforms like Retool and n8n.
- Your passion and enthusiasm for generative AI and automation will drive innovation in our projects.
- You'll bring your practical experience with monitoring and logging applications, applying your knowledge of tools like Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, or similar platforms.
- Your ownership mindset sets you apart, as you demonstrate your ability to shape features, effectively communicate progress and concerns, and deliver maintainable solutions through your strategic approach.
- You are fluent in English and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
