The Role:

You will serve as the local expert in IT hardware, corporate software, infrastructure, and information security tools. Their responsibilities will include configuring and managing endpoints, proactively identifying solutions to enhance IT infrastructure, optimizing LAN and VPN infrastructure, collaborating with the broader IT team on various projects, and providing comprehensive end-user support to all employees in the Paris office.

• MDM for Mac, Linux & WIndows
• Onboarding and offboarding of new employees
• Security for infra
• Optimising Lan & VPN infra
• Enhancing Corporate Development with 365, Entra, Cloudflare, Atlassian + other SaaS Softwares

Your experience:

• IT All rounder - worked across Linux, Mac & Windows;
• Linux: Installing, Admin, Managing of ubuntu systems
• Endpoint device support and management
• Fluent in French and English
• Service Desk Experience
• Worked in a growing startup
• French Citizenship (security clearance will be needed for this role)
