Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with UX/UI design
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Webflow and WordPress
Experience with Spline is a big plus
At least 1 year experience with Figma, including Figma-to-Webflow workflows
Strong understanding of responsive design, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
This is a no-code role, but basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a big plus
