Sales Development Rep - IT Software Services in IRELAND

Stelfox is partnering with an IT Software & Services provider who are expanding their Sales / Business development team in Dublin to service the Ireland & UK market as they expand their footpath.

They company provide modern Software services to enterprise clients across industries such as Retail, Insurance, Banking, Telco to mention a few sectors. They services cover Digital transformation, RPA, Data analytics & AI, DevOps.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales / Business Development representative to work closely with the Business Development Manager in Dublin as they open up new channels.

The main part of your role will be generating new business opportunities / Lead generation, establishing initial contact, and nurturing leads through effective communication and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

We are looking to recruit a SDR / BDR who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role within the IT Services / Software Services / IT Consultancy industry
• Preferably 2-4 years experience in a Sales / BD role, identify and reaching out to potential clients (client contacts like IT Directors, CIO or equivalent level decision makers)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisation skills.
• Results driven mindset
• Previous exposure to IT verticals like Software engineering, DevOps, RPA, QA or other field is an advantage (however not essential, as value is placed on understanding a Sales role within an IT orientated organisation).

The company are relatively new to Ireland and are looking to expand their Sales and technology teams over the next 12-18 months in Ireland.
