Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern IT management tools and be proactive in improving IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Windows 11 environments, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Implement and support Autopilot processes for seamless device provisioning.
- Oversee Windows Autopatch to ensure continuous updates and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain scripting solutions to automate and improve IT workflows.
- Handle application packaging and deployment to ensure seamless software distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT support strategies and implement best practices.
- Assist with escalated technical issues and serve as a point of contact for complex troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Microsoft Intune – Device management, compliance policies, and configurations.
- Windows Autopatch – Managing Windows updates at scale.
- Autopilot Process – Automating and streamlining device deployment.
- Windows 11 Support – Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Scripting Skills – Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
- Application Packaging – Creating, testing, and deploying software packages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
