Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data-led approach to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to our B2B brands.
- Monitor and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys to enhance the customer experience.
- Track KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and design effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and monitor competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven CRM experience within the Entertainment industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the Entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
