Role Overview:
As the PMO you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and oversee a team of talented Product Managers, Team Leads, Business Analysts, QA and UI/UX experts. You will ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders and optimize the organisation and execution of planned work. Your leadership will be critical in aligning our strategic initiatives with efficient delivery, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the fintech industry whilst taking part in shaping the technological future of Moneybase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, lead, and manage the PMO to ensure successful execution of projects and alignment with organisational goals.
- Act as the central point of communication between the CTO, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Oversee the planning, prioritisation, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and accountability in project progress.
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and standardize practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the seamless execution of projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a strong grasp of current technological trends
- Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and implementing project management best practices.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fintech company, overseeing complex projects and/or teams of at least 50 individuals.

- Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools.
- Strategic thinking skills, capable of transforming complex business challenges into scalable software solutions
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on objectives.
