Job Description
Brilling Media is looking for a Creative Designer to join our Performance Marketing team in Malta.
You’ll create impactful, on-brand creative across digital marketing channels, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns that support growth. From concept to production, you’ll help shape recognisable marketing content while keeping the customer at the centre of every design.
We’re looking for a creative with 2–3 years of experience in an in-house team or agency, strong design craft, and excellent communication skills. You should understand how to design for digital, social, and programmatic channels, adapt creative for different audiences and formats, and be eager to explore AI tools that enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
A strong portfolio of previous work is considered a plus.
- Create high-performing static and motion creatives for paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Own creative projects from brief to delivery, collaborating closely with marketing teams and presenting work to stakeholders.
- Deliver campaigns across multiple markets and formats, managing concept development, production, localisation, and versioning.
- Apply performance marketing best practices to create engaging, data-informed creative that drives results.
- Stay up to date with gambling advertising trends, regulations, and creative best practices.

- 2–3 years of experience designing performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising.
- Experience creating ads for platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and programmatic networks.
- Strong understanding of digital ad formats, scalable design systems, and creative automation tools such as Bannerflow.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the confidence to independently lead creative projects.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with a desire to understand the “why” behind every brief.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to use it constructively to improve your work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
