Job Title: Senior Blockchain Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions to drive innovation and efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable, and decentralized applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of blockchain-based solutions.
Ensure the security and performance of blockchain applications.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in blockchain development.
Strong proficiency in Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or other blockchain platforms.
Experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 applications is a plus.
Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions.
Knowledge of consensus algorithms and distributed systems.
Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain governance.
