Senior Event Manager in POLAND

Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps with in-app subscriptions. We help developers quickly integrate subscriptions into their apps while assisting marketers in optimizing paywalls and improving LTV. We serve 8,000 mobile apps globally, including some of the world’s largest subscription publishers, and process $1,4 billion in in-app subscriptions annually.

We are seeking a proactive Event Manager to support the full-cycle management of our online and offline events.

In this role you will:

• Manage events calendar. Research the relevant events and build an event calendar.
• Create a detailed plan for events, including budgets, deadlines, and goals.
• Support coordination of our own events and participation in major international events:
• Brainstorm and create booth, branding and merch concepts;
• Research and work with vendors (for branding, merch, etc.) and venues;
• Keep track of timing and deliverables.
• Handle logistics for the team. Find and manage tickets and accommodation for team members.
• Set up online events. Organise live sessions and keep track of preparation deadlines.
• Assist our HR team with internal events, such as corporate parties or brainstorming sessions.
  

You will be a great fit if:

• You have experience in organizing online and offline events and a strong desire to develop further in this area. 
• You’re a great organizer. You can track multiple organizational and management tasks at the same time and meet the deadline with good result quality. Everything finds its place with you and works as a clock with your coordination.
• You’re a great communicator. You can communicate with both tech and business people. You know how to follow up with people to meet the deadline.
• You’re a great planner. You work with spreadsheets professionally. You know how to make a business plan for the event and how to estimate the event profitability and payback roughly.
• You worked with marketing teams before. You can coordinate our website team to build landing pages, promotions
• You are a good English speaker, capable of effectively communicating with customers and partners. 
  

It will be a plus if:

• You participated in organizing conferences for SaaS companies before.
• You are familiar with mobile industry events such as App Promotion Summit, Mobile Apps Unlocked, etc.
