We’re looking for a Product Manager who understands the Web3 ecosystem and can drive the development of user-centric, blockchain-enabled experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with Web3 trends and community needs.
• User-Centric Development: Work closely with developers, designers, and community members to create intuitive and engaging blockchain-powered products.
• Web3 Adoption & Growth: Identify friction points in onboarding and UX to improve retention and user adoption.
• Feature Prioritization: Manage the product roadmap, balancing smart contract features, tokenized incentives, and governance tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure smooth product delivery and adoption.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use on-chain analytics and community feedback to iterate on features and optimize the user experience.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in product management (preferably in Web3, DeFi, or NFT-based platforms).
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized governance.
• Ability to balance business goals with user experience in Web3 applications.
• Familiarity with crypto-native user behaviors, on-chain incentives, and tokenomics.
• Strong communication skills—able to collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing tokenized ecosystems, DAOs, or NFT platforms.
• Knowledge of EVM-compatible chains and Layer 2 solutions.
• Background in UX/UI for Web3 products.
