Senior Unity Developer in ROMANIA

Are you a passionate and experienced Unity Mobile Game Developer looking to make an impact in the gaming industry? At Mega Studio, we’re on a mission to create incredible gaming experiences, and we’re looking for a skilled developer to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote, full-time position with flexible hours—giving you the freedom to do your best work while collaborating with top talent from around the world.

• Develop, implement, and optimize game features in Unity (C#)
• Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring ideas to life
• Ensure smooth performance across mobile devices (iOS & Android)
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing game systems
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and best coding practices
• Use Git (or other version control systems) for efficient teamwork

• 5+ years of professional programming experience
• Strong knowledge of Unity (C#) and mobile game development
• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
• A disciplined work ethic and the ability to self-manage
• Fluent English communication skills (we’re an international team)

• Shipped commercial mobile games in Unity
• Experience with game optimization for performance and memory usage
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices in mobile games
• Experience working with third-party SDKs, analytics, or ad integrations
• Knowledge of multiplayer game development and backend communication
