As a Fullstack Ruby on Rails Developer, you'll be working in a collaborative, high-ownership environment where your ideas will be heard, and your contributions will shape the future of the platform. This role is part of a growing development team, working on new features and modern UI development using Rails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a modern, scalable Ruby on Rails application
• Build fullstack features using Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
• Work closely with designers and product managers to create a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of engineers in a flat structure where ideas are valued
• Support the expansion of the platform into new international markets
  
  

• 2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (this is a firm requirement)
• Strong Fullstack Rails development experience, with a focus on modern UI development
• Essential: Proficiency with Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
• Passion for building clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, high-ownership environment
• UK or ROI-based candidates only (remote-friendly)
