Hybrid Infrastructure Delivery is a key element for transforming the Hapag-Lloyd application and Digital Product landscape. It combines the established principles with the adoption to new and innovative technologies. The overarching objectives regarding reliable, scalable, modern, secure and compliant systems is provided are applied to all core elements of the Hybrid Infrastructure environment. The complete stack – from Workplace, Network to Data Center & Cloud – is managed end-to- end and relies on specialized service provider and vendors. By adopting to cloud technology enhance operational efficiency and innovation is driven across the entire enterprise. As IT Infrastructure Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of IT-System Life-Cycle management measures and maintenance of Hapag Lloyd Systems to avoid or close Vulnerabilities and ensure adequate Patch-Management across all IT Infrastructure Services. You ensure system security, data integrity and compliant data access to company data. Together with IT-Security you will act as a broker and internal provider to offer secure, stable and robust IT Infrastructure services to Hapag-Lloyd in a reliable, smart, and secure way.
- Prioritize and plan Life-Cycle activities including management of Vulnerabilities and Patches across all platforms and entire IT Infrastructure landscape
- Development and active participation in design and implementation of the overall Life-Cycle-, Vulnerability- and Patch-Management Process for OnPrem and Cloud environments
- Definition and verification of underpinning contracts, OLAs and SLAs ensuring compliance (fulfillment)
- Design and rollout of deployment tooling or respective enhancements
- Continuous maintenance of System owner, user and process documentation
- Strong coordination and alignment with Operations
- Collaboration with product owner and use of agile methods
- Good communication skills and with multi-level and global stakeholders
- Close cooperation with IT security, Data protection, IT-Audit and application of regulatory requirements
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT, business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- At least 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and IT Security
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures – On-Prem and Cloud
- You have already gained experience in ISO27001 or Kritis certification
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage but not a must
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and communicate convincingly with both technology and business
- You have an agile mindset and a high level of quality awareness, enjoy sharing your know-how and are confident in dealing with virtual collaboration
- You are characterized by your willingness to perform
- You are structured in your way of working as well as solution-oriented and proactive
