Job Title: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and implement cutting-edge optimization solutions and strategies for our high-value customers. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok to optimize and elevate marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement optimization strategies and solutions for high-value customers, focusing on paid digital ads.
Manage and optimize ads, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
Create keyword packs, optimize bids, and suggest budget strategies.
Develop deep expertise in Google products (Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube) through optimization techniques.
Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights for clients and create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
German Speakers - Fluent or Native
At least 12 months of experience in optimizing digital advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platforms).
Strong Excel knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of KPIs and how they influence campaign success.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Base Salary: 23,000
Premium Bonus/Monthly: 3,240
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (net amount, paid on a meal card)
Transportation Bonus: 720 per year
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
Total Monthly Compensation: 2,356
