We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Designer to strengthen our fast-growing Enterprise UX Team at Hapag-Lloyd. In your role as Product Designer, you will create impactful and intuitive design solutions for enterprise systems. Your role requires self-motivation with a structured approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex corporate environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional, international teams to design user-friendly workflows and interfaces that meet the needs of diverse enterprise users while driving business objectives. On this journey, we are building up a fast-scaling DesignOps Team distributed in Gdansk, Hamburg (Germany) and Chennai (India). Making UX design an essential aspect of the future development of our web and our internal products is our mission. - Designing products and user journeys in close collaboration with 1-2 product teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise systems that are scalable and user-friendly
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Develop personas, journey maps, and other tools to inform design decisions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows
- Incorporate feedback and data to refine designs and optimize user experiences
- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business goals
- Effectively present design concepts and gather feedback from diverse audiences, including executives
Qualifications - 4+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design software, e.g. Adobe XD,
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders of all levels.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, enabling effective collaboration and communication with international teams
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and design systems is an advantage
- Corporate experience, working within or designing for large companies or organizations is an advantage
