We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company specializing in cloud solutions and IT infrastructure, headquartered in Kilkenny. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting cloud-based systems, and ensuring smooth operations for clients.

- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of cloud services.
- Assist with cloud migrations and deployments for clients.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
- Work closely with clients to resolve technical issues and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud computing, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with Linux/Windows server administration is a plus
