We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and visually talented social media manager who is passionate about design, aesthetics, and engaging content. We’re not hiring based on your CV, degrees, or years of experience. What truly matters is your creativity, passion, and ability to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do:
- Create high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- Design scroll-stopping visuals (graphics, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks).
- Engage with the audience daily (replying to DMs, comments, and fostering a community).
- Spot trends and adapt them to fit the brand’s unique aesthetic.
- Analyze and improve performance to keep growing engagement.
- Take ownership and innovate. We value creativity, not micromanagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong eye for aesthetics: Bad design doesn’t exist in your world.
- A fast and resourceful problem-solver: You figure things out and take action.
- Confident in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar.
- Basic video editing skills to make engaging short-form content.
- Understanding of social media platforms: You know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Strong caption-writing skills: You know how to keep it natural, engaging, and interactive.
- A collaborative mindset: You take feedback well and like working as a team.
