About Us: We are a franchising organization seeking an innovative AI Product Developer to accelerate our adoption of AI across the organization.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing prototypes for new technologies, particularly in AI, and be able to quickly translate ideas into tangible products. Business acumen is crucial to understand use cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Actively build and experiment with the latest AI tools to unlock new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform product innovation.
• Develop and test AI product prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from strategy and concept development to testing, iteration, and refinement

Requirements:

• Professional/Bilingual proficiency in English. All business activities require an advanced level of English.
• Interest in working fully remotely
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience applying LLMs, ML models, or AI-driven personalization in product development
• Most likely, you will need to be a developer by training or experience
• Strong experience in AI and prototype development.
• Ability to quickly understand business use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to work with various teams and communicate effectively.
• Data-Driven: Leverages analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform and refine AI-driven product experiences
