Outcomes

1. Edit and enhance high-quality videos for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing content.
2. Create dynamic motion graphics and animations using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute engaging video concepts.
4. Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining top-tier quality and attention to detail.
5. Adapt content for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, ads, etc.).
6. Stay up-to-date on design and animation trends to bring fresh ideas to our projects.

Compensation & Details

• 10-30 hours per week with the potential for full-time in the long term.
• Flexible hours, work on your schedule as long as you comply with deadlines.
• 100% Remote position.
• Pay rate: $15-$30/hour based on experience.

Requirements & Preferences

• Fluent English Skills [C1+ required]
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Dolby Suite (must have access).
• Strong motion design skills (animated text, transitions, kinetic typography, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and a solid remote setup.
• Availability to work PST hours (ideal for candidates in Latin America) and occasionally on weekends based on demand.
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Positive can-do attitude. (Good sense of humor is a bonus.)
