About Gravl
Gravl is your AI personal trainer: a strength training app that builds personalized workout plans, coaches you through every session, and analyzes your technique with AI. Over a million people around the world train with Gravl.
We're a small, remote, product-obsessed team, which means what you design ships fast and lands in front of millions of users. We're intentional, detail-oriented, and always pushing the bar higher, with trust, autonomy, and healthy demanding standards as our foundation.
About The Role
This role is for someone who loves product design, cares deeply about visual quality, understands UX and UI fundamentals, and enjoys translating ideas into beautiful, functional pieces: from app flows and paywalls to landing pages, App Store creative, and social ads.
You'll own design projects end-to-end, from kick-off to ship, working directly with the founders. No layers, no handoffs into the void: you design it, we build it, users train with it the same week.
The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Argentina. Most of the team works in GMT-3 (ART), so some daily overlap with that time zone is expected.
What you'll do
- Design new features and flows for the Gravl app, from concept to polished UI
- Shape the onboarding, paywall, and subscription experiences that drive our growth
- Craft landing pages, the marketing site, and key brand pieces
- Create visual assets for marketing: App Store screenshots, social media ads, and presentations
- Turn briefs, data, and user feedback into clear, effective visual solutions
- Balance speed and quality, with a strong focus on execution and tangible results
- Present your work, explain your design decisions, and turn feedback into actionable solutions
- Use Slack, Notion, and Figma daily to communicate and push pixels
- Experiment, explore, and help define what a world-class fitness brand looks like
