The Senior People Experience Partner position focuses on driving cultural transformation in a global, remote-first environment. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution to shape workplace culture and foster high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading monthly business leader meetings and quarterly VP sessions.
- Providing strategic HR guidance on policies and implementation.
- Collaborating with HR teams on people program development.
- Analyzing people metrics to develop data-driven solutions.
- Managing performance processes across all cycles.
- Driving employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Partnering on organizational change implementation.
- Developing strategic talent management programs.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 5+ years as HR Generalist in People & Culture.
- HR Expertise: Strong HRBP background.
- Core Skills: Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
- Leadership: Proven experience working with C-Level executives.
- HR Knowledge: Expertise in employee relations and leadership coaching.
- Additional Skills: Scrum/Agile framework knowledge (Plus).
- Regional Experience: US employee support experience (Plus).
- Language: Advanced level of English.
