System Administrator Engineer (ARAS Innovator) in EUROPEAN UNION

We are urgently hiring for our client a Global Energy company.

• Position: Support/Admin Engineer (With ARAS Innovator skills)
• Contract: Freelance
• Project lenght: 12 months+
• Location: Fully remotely (Ideally on European Time zone)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Support/Administration Engineer with expertise in ARAS Innovator PLM system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and administering our ARAS Innovator environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction for our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ARAS Innovator PLM system
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to product structure, BOMs, documentation, and change processes

• Configure and customize ARAS Innovator to meet specific business requirements
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ARAS Innovator system

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides

• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and integrations
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on ARAS Innovator functionality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiar with C# and .NET framework

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering ARAS Innovator PLM system

• In-depth knowledge of PLM concepts, product structure management, and engineering change processes

• Experience with database administration, preferably SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• ARAS Innovator certification would be a plus
• Strong Experience with ARAS Innovator

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Familiarity with IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)

• Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell)
