We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Frontend Engineer who’s eager to make an impact, grow their skills, and help shape the future of communication for frontline teams.

Your Role

As a Frontend Engineer at Speakap, you’ll be at the heart of creating exceptional user experiences for our platform, serving both desktop and mobile users. From building new features to enhancing existing ones, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that matter—like customer integrations, internal tools, and microservices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop innovative and reliable frontend features for the Speakap platform.
• Collaborate with a talented team to solve complex problems and make architectural decisions.
• Enhance and optimize features to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Work on specialized projects, from customer integrations to internal tools.
• Champion best practices in testing, performance, and maintainability.

About You

You’re someone who loves diving into frontend development and making things work beautifully. You’re curious, solution-oriented, and ready to find that perfect balance between “getting it done” and “getting it done well.”

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• A passion for learning and working with modern technologies.
• Hands-on experience with:
• JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.
• State management tools like Redux (legacy) or Jotai (new projects).
• TailwindCSS, Git, and testing frameworks like Jest.
• Networking concepts such as REST APIs, HTTPS, and WebSockets.
• Package managers like npm, yarn, or pnpm.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, or backend basics like databases and security best practices.

Strong UI/UX mindset, and most importantly, you’re a team player with excellent communication skills who’s fluent in English and ready to make a difference.
