About the Role

We are looking for a Manual Tester with some Salesforce experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure software quality. This role is perfect for an entry-level to junior tester with 1-3 years of experience in software testing, particularly in a Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and document results.
• Identify, report, and track software defects.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on Salesforce-related applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Assist in test case creation and execution for new features and enhancements.
• Ensure that software meets business and user requirements before release.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce applications (basic knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, UI, and workflows).
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of API testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
